Smartphone, tablet or iPad devices must meet certain requirements.
To view an AR experience on one of these devices it requires that:
- ARCore for Android or
- ARKit for iOS
be installed on the device to launch the AR experience.
Newer device models will have AR software already integrated into the device.
Requirements for ARCore for Android:
- Android 7.0 or later (some devices will need at least Android 8.0 in order for ARCore to work)

- Device running iOS 11.0
- A9 processor or later
